PROGRAM 2026 YOGA GROUPS:

APRIL 18 - 25

VASILIS NATSINAS

My name is Vasilis and I’m coming from the spectacular Greece. I’m living in Düsseldorf already 5-6 years now.

I’m coaching calisthenics with rings .

A beautiful skilled movement as you fly around with the power of your grip to the rings !!

Calisthenics is a form of strength training consisting of a variety of movements that exercise large muscle groups, such as standing, grasping, pushing, hanging (from rings).

The word calisthenics comes from the ancient Greek words kállos (κάλλος), which means "beauty" and sthenos (σθένος), meaning "strength". It is the art of using one's body weight as resistance in order to develop physique.

JAYNE HOWARD

I’m Jayne, and I am a qualified level 3 matwork and Reforner pilates instructor. My training was with Body Control Pilates, which is one of the highest regarded training schools in Europe. Training is stringent, and the instructors have to complete many teaching hours, and multiple exams before Body Control will qualify them. Safety is their ultimate priority. I qualified in teaching on the reformer with Lisa B pilates. I have gained certification in Pre and Post Natal Pilates, Osteoporosis and Bone Health. I am also trained in Pilates for Children, Pilates for Golfers, and I qualified in

HIP Pilates which is a High Impact Power class, using all the principles of pilates but taking the heart rate into the cardio, fat burning stage.i also gained a barre teaching qualification in lock down.

I am trained in Hypermobility, and I have studied this condition in depth, teaching a surprising amount of clients with this condition. I am hypermobile as is my son, so I

have learned a lot about the condition and the many facets to it. I teach my own clients, but I have also thought at Wentworth Club, Pennyhill Park, Foxhills, Chelsea Football Club, Pilates Works Studio in Weybridge, Apple

Physiotherapy, and Windsor Castle.

I am constantly improving my teaching skills and gaining knowledge by attending regular training courses.

MAY 9 - 16

HEDWIG VAN KREY

With over 800 hours of training with renowned teachers—including Paul Grilley, the founder of Yin Yoga—I bring a broad knowledge of yoga and anatomy to my classes, focusing on the functional approach to yoga. More important is how a pose feels, rather than how it looks.

My style is down-to-earth and accessible: I like to create an atmosphere where everyone feels welcome. Core values such as connection, authenticity, openness, and honesty form the foundation of my teaching style, allowing room for creativity and vulnerability.

During my retreats, I offer a wide range of yoga styles in which the balance between Yin and Yang becomes tangible; Pilates, Vinyasa, Yin yoga, meditation and Yoga Nidra.

There will be plenty of time and space to pamper yourself during this retreat. Think sea and sand, delicious food, charming villages, walks, massages, boat trips, and oil painting workshops.

This retreat is fully booked for 2026. If you'd like to stay informed about future retreats, please email: [email protected]

MAY 30 - JUNE 6

CATHY TINCKNELL

I attended my first Iyengar yoga class as an art student in 1982, after that I was hooked. Twenty years later, I finally trained as a teacher to spread the word! Over the years I have been very lucky to be taught by many wonderful senior and advanced teachers across the UK and in India. I completed my Junior Intermediate 3 training in 2012 and am now a Level 3 teacher.

My classes are good fun and cater for people of all ages and levels of flexibility. Beginners are guided with clear instructions, and more experienced students are always challenged.
Attendees usually tell me they feel better at the end than when they arrived!

I mostly teach in my home studio in South London, both live and via Zoom.
But I have also taught yoga holidays in Turkey and Spain, this is my first one in Greece!

This week is fully booked.

STILL AVAILABLE TO BRING A GROUP

JUNE 13 - 20

SUSAN HOLMES

With a deep love of yoga and travel, I’ve been fortunate to attend many retreats as a student, including two unforgettable stays in Aliki, Paros. I’m so excited to now be hosting my own retreat in what I truly believe is the perfect place.

You can expect a welcoming, encouraging atmosphere with thoughtful attention to detail throughout. Each yoga practice is carefully fine-tuned to suit every student’s ability. While the pace is slow and mindful, there’s plenty of physical work, focus, and — of course — laughter along the way.

Everything on the retreat is optional. You’re free to skip a class if you’re tired, enjoy a lazy day on the beach with a book, or simply do nothing at all. There are no rules — this time is for you.

As a Level 1 Iyengar yoga teacher, my aim is to help you build strength, flexibility, and focus, while leaving you feeling uplifted, supported, and inspired.

HELEN WEICHMANN

In 1991 Helen had been introduced to Iyengar Yoga through a friend in Frankfurt, Germany, and since then it has been a part of her life. She remembers being fascinated by Iyengar Yoga from the very first class. Firstly because of her great teacher, Klaus Grzesch, Senior Iyengar Yoga teacher,

but secondly because of the structured and systematic teaching of Iyengar Yoga. In 1998 she moved to Melbourne, Australia with her family and there, in 2004, started the teacher training program at St Kilda Iyengar Yoga School.

Since 2006 she has been continuously teaching in yoga schools and in her own studio in Melbourne, Australia.

In 2018 she moved back to Frankfurt and teaches currently at the gymnastics club of Eintracht Frankfurt and at Shiva Yoga. She describes her teaching style as a mixture of demanding and at the same time taking the needs and abilities of the participants into account.

Over the years she has had to overcome health challenges and physical limitations herself so that she pays special attention to problems of her students.

She has attended workshops among others with Mira Mehta, Lois Steinberg, Glen Ceresoli, Joan White, Pixi Lillas, Peter Scott and the Convention with Abhijata Iyengar in Sydney in 2015.

SEPTEMBER 26 - OCTOBER 3

CANDACE RUDD

After more than 20 years of practice and seeing how yoga has changed my life, I decided to share the gift with others.

I am a 500 hour trained yoga teacher. With additional work in sound healing, yoga philosophy and group healing retreats.

Yoga is so much more than the asanas! When I share, I am passionate about introducing chanting, meditation and pranayama so one can incorporate these tools into daily living. This is where the change begins, it’s the way we treat ourselves and our relationships with others.

My mantra, a quote from the great BKS Iyengar, “ Yoga is a light once lit, will never dim. The better your practice the brighter your flame”

Shine bright!

Join us on one of our international retreats.
