Greece and especailly Paros has done very well with Covid, almost no cases here; it is safe to be here.

 

Bellow you can find different yoga weeks with different teachers who come to our place.

For the yoga weeks of Oona Giesen you don't need to pay a deposit until 1 month before the yoga week starts.

'Back to basic' Hatha yoga with Oona Giesen. 

She is organising this retreats for 30 years, since 1991, and started practicing Iyengar yoga, when she was 7 years old, more then 45 years ago. International rewarded as best yoga holiday in Europe for 2018. Yoga for 'every-body'.

Connecting mind, breath and body, the three pillars of yoga. Connecting with yourself. Basic, no nonsense yoga for all levels, young and old, less or more flexible, man or woman, beginner or long time yogi, this week is benefficial for everybody. No competition, no chanting, individual help and correction, use of props.

Daily classes 10:00 12:30. (Don't worrrie about the 2,5 hours, time will fly. She will show things, you can ask questions, before you know it the lesson is over .....) Enough time left to enjoy the island, the sea, the sun, and just relax. 



JULY 17 - 24

Anne Lawless

has been practicing yoga for 22 years and a qualified teacher since 2008. She has had the privilege of attending classes taught by Geeta Iyengar and Abhijita Iyengar and in 2016 became an Intermediate level teacher.  She teaches a range of classes and workshops in London and Surrey, UK.

 

Come and join her for a week of Iyengar Yoga in Paros. This is an open level week suitable for all.

 

Newly refurbished rooms, a

2.5hr class every morning in the yoga shala, breakfast x 7 and welcome and goodbye meals are included.



 

 

 

AUGUST 28 - SEPTEMBER 4

ROSANNA and SION - DAY RETREATS

 

Rosanna Gordon and Sion Jones have been practising yoga for over a decade and are British Wheel of Yoga and Yoga Alliance trained qualified teachers. Since embarking on their yoga journey, they have attended a variety of classes, workshops and training courses that have inspired their compassionate, inclusive and heart-centred style of teaching. They run regular Hatha Yoga, mindfulness and meditation classes and retreats in Liverpool UK and surrounding areas, and abroad.

Come and join them for a week of Yoga, mindfulness and walking in Paros. This is an open level week suitable for all.

Newly refurbished rooms, twice daily yoga and meditation classes, breakfast and dinner and transfers are included.

Sophia Argyris & Dezi Olle

Yoga & Meditation Retreat 

11th-18th September 2021

Join us for a week of Yoga, Meditation, and Pranayama on the beautiful Greek island of Paros. Each morning we will have a two hour asana class, and in the afternoon sessions we will work with Restorative yoga, Meditation, and Pranayama.  There will also be plenty of time to enjoy the beautiful Island and local beaches.Thai Yoga Massage treatments with Sophia and Dezi will be available to book in the early evenings.

About Sophia & Dezi:

Sophia Argyris is an Iyengar Yoga teacher (IJL2) and Thai Yoga Massage therapist. She brings a mixture of depth, understanding and fun to her classes, and creates a welcoming and supportive atmosphere. She also loves Mantra singing and meditation as part of her own practice.Dezi Olle teaches Yoga, Pilates, & Meditation, and is a Thai Yoga Massage therapist. Her aim is to make this world a better place by adding positivity, caring, compassion and enthusiasm towards life.

SEPTEMBER 18 - 25 

KATHY TAYLOR & DEBBIE

Kathy and Debbie blend their practices to offer sessions to improve the flexibility of the mind and body leaving you feeling energised, relaxed, connected and liberated.  Kathy has been teaching Iyengar yoga for over 27 years and Debbie is a fully qualified Mindfulness Practitioner. With many year's of practising yoga and mindfulness they naturally bring warmth, kindness and encouragement to their sessions.   They will offer two sessions a day leaving time in between to explore the local area, chill-out, swim, socialise and there will be a free day during the week for a day trip perhaps to another part of this beautiful island or a boat trip. 

 



OKTOBER 2 - 9

Monika Harczuk

Has been practicing the classical pilates method since 2000, first in Germany and then in the Netherlands where she got certified. In 2006 life brought her to New York City where she lives, teaches & continues her studies. 

She has been in India pretty much every year for the past 15 years and spend many months practicing different meditation modalities/ techniques. In the USA she also discovered the Iyenger yoga method and did the teacher training in the Iyengar Yoga institute of NY. She practices this "style of yoga" since a decade by now and has been also 3 x in the Iyengar Yoga institute in Pune/ India (the main educational center). At this moment, due to the global corona-virus situation she immersed herself more intensely into the study of specific breath work, which evolves right now to another major puzzle piece of her offerings.

In her retreat she will share a combination of all what shaped her & created harmony in her life. A week filled with yoga, meditation/ breath work, dance & pilates. Next to a daily schedule there will be plenty of free time to enjoy the near and further beaches, shopping, restaurants & beauty of this island. Additionally add-on activities: hiking, boat trip, evening sightseeing +++ will be offered based on personal choice.
